This week I give you a whole new way to up the "Steaks". Oh yea baby. We are talking about Searing some steak in a pan with butter, using the drippings for a delicious sauce and then throwing a bit of elegance into a classic mash
potato by adding a little truffle oil. Truffle oil can be a little expensive but you really don't need much. Just get the tiniest bottle you can find and it'll last you for months. This is probably one of the easiest dishes I make and at the same time keeps
