Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken over Garlic Spinach and Parmesan Pearl Couscous

      How about that Chicken warapped in Prosciut-though? This Is exactly how your guests will reflect upon this meal for weeks to come. This is an incredibly succulent dish and it's even easier to make. Coming in at a total cost of about $30 for 4 people you also can't beat the price. Why wouldn't you want to have friends over to impress them with your culinary skills. Depending on the guest the skills you impress them with later is entirely up to you. Just remember to wrap it up. The prosciutto of course. Man, you have a dirty mind. The ingredients are listed below. Some of which you probably already have at home. Ingredients List:

Chicken Breasts ( as many as you're feeding)

Prosciutto (2 slices per breast)

Chicken Broth (3 cups for 4 people)

Spinach (about a bag per 4 people, it wilts alot)

Pearl Couscous ( 2 cups for 4 people)

Garlic Cloves (4-5 for 4 people)

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Butter

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Fresh Chopped Parsley (Optional)

I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
