Episode 11 is going to be all about making some Thighs Super Hot. Chicken thighs of course. And even though "duck fat" sounds like a term you probably don't want to urban dictionary, it is actually an incredible way to add flavor
to some roasted potatoes. This recipe is probably one of the simplest that we have made so far and doesn't require too many ingredients. Duck fat may be found at you local super market, but it is definitely easy to locate at any local gourmet market. It isn't
expensive when you consider how little you need to use each time. This meal is one of my favorites to cook because of how aromatic it is. Your house is going to smell like one of the most impresive restaurants around. There will absolutely be some snuggle
