Pork Medallions with Peppercorn Sauce over Pearl Couscous and Roasted Carrots

      It's time for Episode 10 and we are going to get all up in those "Loins". Pork Tender Loins that is. This week we shall be making Pork Tenderloin Medallions with a simple Peppercorn sauce to pair with Pearl Couscous and Roasted Carrots. Just another delicacy prepared with love to please the loins. I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
