Start by warming your large frying pan on low heat for a minute or two and then lay no more than 4 strips of bacon in the pan at a time. The entire strip of bacon should have contact with the heat of the pan.
Now, sprinkle about a teaspoon of blackened seasoning over the bacon and let it sit. Allow for about 10-12 minutes before you flip. Once you have
flipped the bacon, be adventurous, sprinkle some more blackened seasoning over the top. Cook for 10-12 more minutes. You may to need to flip once more for a few minutes if the bacon still looks raw in areas.
