Kale and Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce and a Panko Parmesan Crispy Top

        Usually when it comes to a vegetarian meal I run away and never look back. For I am "Man" and I eat "Meat", hopefully she does too. Well this dish has me thinking that being a vegetarian isn't always that bad. That doesn't mean you can't add some chicken or beef to this recipe and play around with it, but for our purposes we are going to keep it meatless. The way I look at it is, the less meat she has now, the more meat she'll want later. Wink, wink. There are very few ingredients for this one and it's probably one of the quickest recipes I have in the arsenal, but it is magnificently delicious and perfect for any dinning occasion. Especially a romantic meal for 2 or 3. Look I don't know what your into but I'm not here to judge. I just like cream sauce. Ingredients List:

Tortellini- Not Frozen(your choice but I go for 3 cheese in this particular dish)

Baby Kale

Garlic

Chicken Stock

Milk

Pesto

Panko Bread Crumbs

Shredded Parm

Olive Oil

 

Optional Garlic Bread ingredients:

Loaf French Bread

Garlic Paste

Butter

Parsley

I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
