Panko Crusted Honey Dijon Salmon over Roasted Potatoes and Pan Seared Brussel Sprouts

   "Better call Salmon" because this week we are definitely cooking up something Heisenberg would be proud of. And trust me, Your significant other will definitely say your name after this meal. 

What you'll need in your arsenal:

Skinless Salmon Filets (one per anyone lucky enough to be eating with you :) 

Honey

Stone Ground Dijon Mustard

Plain Panko Bread Crumbs

Chopped Parsley

Brussel Sprouts

Yukon gold potatoes

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil

     That's everything guys. This is an incredibly easy recipe to make. Remember the whole point is simple delicious food that doesn't break the bank. This entire meal for two cost around twenty bucks. Throw in a decent bottle of wine and you have a romantic evening for two fit for any five star restaurant. Plus you'll already be home. I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
