Roasted Stuffed Peppers

Roasted Peppers Stuffed with Ground Turkey and Riced Cauliflower topped with Parmesan Cream Sauce

We shall call this episode "The Stuffening"! Because after you stuff these peppers you're going to be able to stuff just about anything (if you catch my drift?). We're still going lean and green, while I'm on my diet, so this episode is going to be super delicious and nutritious. And unlike that movie "The Happening" with Mark Wahlberg, this recipe is easy to understand and has an incredible ending. It's also super inexpensive. The ingredients are all listed below, so pick them up and cook along, Thursday the 20th of June at 7pm Est. on Facebook and Instagram. That's right! For the first time ever we will be simultaneously broadcasting on 2 different networks. Get ready for the internet take over on the 20th. Tell your friends.

Ingredients List:

Ground Turkey (1lb per 3 People)

Whole Bell Peppers (1 per 2 people)

1 can Tomato Puree

Diced Garlic

Oregano

Basil

Parsley

Mozzarella

Grated Parmesan

Riced Cauliflower

Flour (2 Tbs, don't worry, it won't kill you)

2% Milk

Butter

That's everything, most of which you probably already have at home. Don't forget to tune in Like and Share and enter our Live Raffle for your chance to come to dinner with a guest at one of our Live Cooks. Can't wait to have fun on the 20th.

Love your show, you’re a hoot! Please feature Melanie and Dawn more often, they’re a great addition. Laura and I enjoy interacting with them at Terra Nostra.

I think you should create a meal membership where you travel to peoples houses and cook for dinner parties...pairing wines or other drinks with your meals.
